RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds.
In exceptional cases, we review issues on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a problem with your order, please email duvettllc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Exceptions
We only review return or exchange requests in the following cases:
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will review the issue.
Size exchanges
Size exchanges may be approved subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that a replacement size will be available.
To be eligible for an approved exchange or return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging included.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
